Products 

All products on this website are Handmade using high quality materials that have been very carefully sourced worldwide.

Where we use the word 'silver' or 'gold' we usually refer to colour unless otherwise stated.

Our glasses chains are designed for adults and are not recommended for children at all.

 

Packing and Delivery

We will carefully pack your order in a protective padded envelope and delivery all orders by Royal Mail.

For UK delivery we have a single charge of £1.99 for any order regardless of weight or number of items. For order values of £20.00 or more delivery will be FREE.

Delivery to Europe is £3.50 and all other countries is £4.25 regardless of weight or number of items.

If your order is received by 2pm Monday-Friday we will endeavour to dispatch your item(s) on that day. Orders received at the weekend will be mailed on the following Monday. Where orders are placed on a Public Holiday they will be dispatched the next working day.

 

Payments

Payments in the shop are administered by PAYPAL. When ordering online you will be taken to a PAYPAL secure checkout where payments can be made using major credit and debit cards. 

No financial transaction data is recorded or retained by us or this website other than confirmation that your payment was successful from PAYPAL.

PAYPAL allows payment by major cards even if you do not have an account with them, however if you do have an account, checkout will be much quicker.

On receipt of your order you will receive an email acknowledgement.

 

Returns

We really hope you will love your purchase. However if for any reason you are not happy, please email us within 7 days of receipt of your order with reason for return. Provided you pack the item(s) appropriately and return the goods in the exact unworn state they arrived we will of course refund your payment.

Unless faulty the cost of returning all items is the responsibility of the customer. All goods are the responsibility of the customer until received by ourselves, and we strongly advise customers to obtain proof of postage.

 

Faulty Items

In the unlikely event that your purchase is found to be faulty, or becomes faulty within the first six months of being sold, you will be offered a free repair service, replacement or a full refund. Please contact us before returning, with your name and address and order/product details and the reason for return and whether you would like a refund or a replacement. You will not be charged the return postage costs.

If the item purchased was a one off or limited edition piece, it may not be possible to provide a repair or replacement. In this event, you will be offered an alternative or a refund.

N.B. Faulty means when the item you purchased has got damaged or broken due to inadequate quality, is not fit for purpose, not as described or does not match the seller's description. The item is not damaged through wear and tear, an accident or misuse.

 

Privacy

Your privacy is taken very seriously and as such your details will never be sold or passed to a third party.

All on-line payments are administered through PAYPAL and as such your credit card details are never shown to us. We are only able to view your email address used to process your order and your postal address for delivery.
